Traditional diets and exercise don’t work. Every one knows that, and very few are successful at them.        

It’s hard to get behind something that is doomed to failure. Losing weight was a losing battle. It’s usually uncomfortable and requires a huge commitment. Untill homeeopathic diet came along.        

Back to why exercise for losing weight is a waste of time.        

Lets say you need 2200 calories a day to maintain a healthy life style.. You cut back to 1800 calories to restrict your diet by 400 calories. It will take you almost 8 days to lose one lb.        

  • Here is the math 3500 calories = one lb of fat……. 
  • 3500 divided by 400= 8.75 days to lose one pound.   
  • Want to lose 10 lbs = 8.75 X 10= 87.5 days    

 That’s less then a pound a week!!!        

 Really hard to get motivated and stay motivated.        

Ok lets add some exercise cause that’s what The Doctors  recommend.        

         

  • You weigh 150 lbs and you run a mile every day. 
  • You lose an extra 98 calories. 
  • Do the math again  400 +98= 498 calories a day
  • 3500 divided by 498= 7 days for one pound
That’s a pound a week. Not very inspiring so let’s up the ante.  

  • Were going to run 5 miles a day. 
  • That’s 489.75 calories. 
  • Total  lost 889.75 calories a day.
  • 3500 calories = one lb Fat…….
  • 3500 divided by 889 = 3.999.

The -Diet System
Success with this diet comes from strictly following the
diet below. Take the drops or spray according to the instructions’ on
the bottle. If you find yourself hungrier some days, take the
as many times a day as you need to control your
appetite.

DAY ONE and DAY TWO
• Take the HCG according to the bottle. Do not eat or
drink anything for at least 15 minutes.• Drink 1/2 to one gallon of water a day. • Gorge yourself and eat as much as you want of anything
and everything. This is important!

DAY THREE ONWARD
• Every morning after using the toilet weigh yourself
without clothes. Keep a daily record.• Take your HCG as directed on the bottle. • Drink 1/2 to one gallon of water a day.

• Using a seamstress measuring tape (Can be purchased at
a fabric store) measure once a week at the bust line, the navel line and
the hips. You might also want to take measurements at the mid calf, mid
thigh and the mid upper arm. Record your weekly findings. Also before
and after pictures of yourself can be quite dramatic.

BREAKFAST
Drink as much of any of these teas as you want
throughout the day: green tea, Yerba Mate, or Chamomile tea. No other
teas.

LUNCH AND DINNER
Eat one serving only of the following meat – the size of
a deck of cards or 4 ounces:Lean beef or veal, buffalo, skinless chicken breast,
turkey, Wild Salmon, Chilean Sea Bass, Flounder, Sole, Halibut, Lobster or shrimp. No other
meats. It must be grilled to remove as much as the fat as possible.
Season your meat with a half of a lemon, white or black pepper, sea
salt, garlic, basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram or any other herb.

One salad made of any or all of the following: Spinach,
chard, beet greens, and lettuce of any kind, tomatoes, celery, fennel,
any onion, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus and cabbage. No other
vegetables. These can be raw, steamed, grilled without oil or gently
boiled. Use only apple cider vinegar, a half a lemon or yellow mustard
for a dressing.

Drink as much of the teas mentioned above as you want.

Absolutely NO oil, butter, dressings of any kind.

You can have 2 helpings of any of the following fruits a
day medium apple, grapefruit or a

handful of strawberries. You can eat these any time
during the day before or between meals as a snack.

Do’s & Don’ts

DO’S AND DON’TS

• Keep food supplements to a bare minimum. They do have calories!

• Do not skip meals.

• Exercise isn’t necessary for the diet to work but
going for a daily 30 minute brisk walk in the morning will add to your
success losing weight.

• If it’s not on the diet, don’t eat, drink or chew it.
Sugarless gum turns into sugar when it hits your saliva!

HUNGER PANGS

• Mild hunger will vary from time to time from person to
person and will usually last only a few days initially. Most will have
no problem at all.

• Do a round of spray or drops as often as you need (up
to 8 per day) to keep your appetite under control.

• If you find yourself getting hungry at the same time
each day, eat one of your fruits about 30 minutes before the time you
find yourself getting hungry each day.

IF YOU AREN’T LOSING WEIGHT AND OR IF YOU ARE
CONSTIPATED

• Do your spray in the morning ½ to one gallon of
water, and then eat 6 apples throughout the day. No other food.

PROGRAM DURATION

• You should be on the program a minimum of 21 days in
order to reset the hypothalamus and no
longer than 42 days. If you have more weight to lose after being on the program 42 days, take 6 weeks off from the diet eating a normal amount of calories except for refined sugars and starches. After 6 weeks, you can restart the program going either 3 or 6 weeks.

ENDING THE HCG DIET

• When you finish the HCG, stay on the diet another 2
days as you will still have HCG in your system working for you.

• After those last 2 days, you can go back to eating a
normal amount of calories with the exception of eating refined sugars
and starches for 6 more weeks.

A SLUGGISH THYROID CAN ALSO BE A FACTOR IN

• Take a mercury thermometer and shake it down before you go to bed. When you wake up and before you get out of bed, put the thermometer under one of your armpits for 10 minutes before reading it.
Your normal temperature should be between 98.2 and 98.8.

One side says the hcg drops are a scam. the other side says the injections are dangerous, there is a hole list of possible side affects. Key word here is possible, not probable. I am not going to continue this argument, cause it’s just a distraction from the real issues.
